• Available for all UK addresses.

Express delivery

• Delivery time: 1-2 working days

• Cost: £9.99

• Order by 1 pm for next-day delivery to UK addresses.

International delivery

• Delivery time: 7-14 working days (delivery times may vary depending on location)

• Cost: calculated at checkout based on destination

• Please note that international orders may be subject to customs fees and import duties, which are the responsibility of the customer.

Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number via email, allowing you to monitor its progress until it arrives at your door.

Eligibility for returns

• Items must be in their original, unused condition with all tags attached.

• Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.

• Certain items (such as personalised products, intimate apparel, or final sale items) may not be eligible for return. Please check the product description for any exceptions.

How to return an item

1. Request a return: Log in to your account, go to "order history," and select the item(s) you wish to return.

2. Prepare your package: Place the item(s) in their original packaging, including any paperwork and accessories.

3. Return label: Download your prepaid return label (a flat fee of £3.99 will be deducted from your refund).

4. Drop off: Take the parcel to your nearest drop-off location.

Refunds

• Refunds are typically processed within 5-7 working days after we receive your return.

• Your refund will be credited back to your original payment method, minus any return shipping fees if applicable.

For exchanges, please place a new order for the desired item and return the original item as per the instructions above.
